9th Annual ZILCO/WELLINGTON EVENTING SERIES 2011/12
This is the 9th year for this great Zilco Series and we are very grateful to Zilco for continuing their sponsorship.
Beautiful Championship Rugs for 1st place for each of the four grades.
The Zilco Series comprises of the following 4 events:
Eventing Wellington – QE 11 Park

Battle Hill ODE

Horowhenua Pony Club – Waikanae

Eventing Wellington QE Park
11th March, 2012
– Final Event & Presentation
Classes are the same and points to 6th place 12 pts for 1st down to 2 pts for 6th.
21 yrs and over Training Horse/Pony
Under 21 yrs Training Horse/Pony
21 yrs and over Pre Training Horse/Pony
Under 21 yrs Pre Training Horse/Pony
Rules for the Series are:
We wish to encourage that Rider/Horse combinations should at least attend 3 of the 4 events.
· The Combination will be given an extra point for attending an Event
· The Combination will be given a FURTHER EXTRA POINT for attending the final event and the Presentation
· The Point for attending will be carried forward should the Rider change from Pre Training to Training during the season otherwise no points for placings are carried forward
· Under 21 years for both Pre Training and Training and over 21 yrs for both classes. Should a Rider turn 21 yrs during the season they can complete the season as they started
· If equality of points the place will be given to the combination who has attended the most events.
