Joining the Club
How
Joining couldn’t be easier, to apply or renew your club membership for the remainder of the 2010 season, download the registration form, print it off, fill it out and post it to the address/number shown on the form or bring it to the club in person on club days.
- Download, print and complete a registration form (or pick up forms from the clubrooms on club days)
- Bring the form with your cash or cheque to the club on club days or post with your cheque to the address shown on the form
- We will advise you of the gate number for you to gain access to the club
Visitors Welcome
Visitors are welcome to come along to one of our social club days and have a hit. Bring your friends. Check out the facilities. Talk to other members. Anyone on duty will be happy to answer your questions. As we are a membership-based club, it is hoped that visitors and guests will become members if they play more than three times.
Visitor Fees
If membership is not possible or desired, as a casual visitor, you are welcome to play at Upper Hutt Tennis Club, if courts are available and upon payment of $5 per player per match. It is also possible for you to be able to play at some of our organised play events on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 7pm. This would need to be arranged with club organiser.
If visitor is playing with a club member, it is the responsibility of the member to collect fee.
Fees (2011/2012 Season)
Membership fees for this season are shown below (per person). Early payment discount applies to senior subscription fees only and if paid in full by 30th September 2011.
Anyone joining after our registration day and after the 30th September will be entitled to discounted fees as set out below. For more information, contact anyone on the committee.
The interclub fee is only payable if you choose to play interclub for the club.
