Upper Hutt Tennis Club

Welcome to Tennis Upper Hutt. We are a very relaxed friendly tennis club situated right in the heart of Upper Hutt. The Tennis Club was established in 1914 so is nearly 100 years old.

We are one of the largest clubs in the Hutt Valley and can offer a wide variety of social and competitive tennis across different age groups and skill levels.

Our membership year runs from 1st Sept to 31st August, with organised summer and winter programmes for senior, junior and midweek players, and plenty of activities and competitions to suit beginners through to advanced tennis players. Being a family orientated club we have a regular programme of social activities in addition to the tennis.

Club Days - Visitors Welcome
Our weekly club days give you the opportunity to play social tennis with a variety of other players. We welcome you as a potential member of our Club and invite you to a free trial on our courts and to sample our facilities.

The following allocation times are for summer only; Saturdays are free during winter.

Senior Club Days Sundays from 2pm Monday - Friday From 6pm Junior Club Days During the week Junior’s have preference from 3pm to 5-30pm.   Mid-Week Club Days Tuesday from 9am – noon Wednesday interclub from 9am – noon. Thursday from 9am – noon

NOTE: Club days run every week during the tennis season, except when special events are scheduled. Midweek club days run all year round.
