Anita's Dance Academy

Anita Perin-Zgomba

is Highly qualified dance teacher who worked in Europe for many years training and grooming professional dancers in Vaganova style. She has also studied child psychology and teaching at university level. Anita leads a team of  exceptional dance teachers.

 

Jacqui Beets

the studio's Musical Theatre and Contemporary teacher, has Diploma of secondary teaching in English and Drama, a PHD in

English and Drama and is also qualified in the field of music.

 

Carol-Ann Moynihan.

Studio’s Tap teacher has pupils from the South and Upper North Island including two winners of the NZ Young Performer Awards. Carol Ann is one of New Zealand’s top tap teachers and competition judges.                 

 

Chantelle Scoon

Junior Jazz and Ballet teacher, and very talented choreographer.

 

Monique Scoon

Natalia Beets

Adults Jazz teacher -  with Anita for more than 10 years.

 

Chantelle, Monique and Natalia are three of the studio’s most outstanding achievers, having consistently gained top examination marks in a range of dance and theatre disciplines over a number of of years and New Zealamd scolarship winners. Thay are great favourites with their students.

 

Chomsorn Praiwan - Birdy

The studio’s Hip Hop teacher, moved to New Zealand from her native Thailand with seventeen years’ dance teaching experience, including twelve  years coaching television entertainment artists and five years teaching Hip Hop.
