The ultimate experience for a cadet is an International Exchange. 22 Squadron has been well represented in the last few years with cadets and officers travelling to Turkey in 2008, and USA in 2010

As part of the Air Training Corps you could have the opportunity to represent your Unit and your country as part of the International Air Cadet Exchange to any of the following counties:
AUSTRALIA The Australian Air Force Cadets, in cooperation with the
Royal Australian Air Force.
AUSTRIA The Aero Club of Austria
BELGIUM Cadets de l'Air de Belgique, in cooperation with the Belgian Air Force
CANADA The Air Cadet League of Canada in cooperation with the Canadian Armed Forces.
FINLAND The Finnish Aeronautical Association.
FRANCE The Aero-Club de France.
GERMANY The Club der Luftfahrt von Deutschland Ev, in cooperation with the German Air Force.
GHANA The Ghana National Cadet Corps, in cooperation with the Ministry for Education and Sport and the Ghana Air Force.
HONG KONG The Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps and the Hong Kong Aviation Club.
ISRAEL Gadna Avir, in cooperation with the Israel Air Force.
JAPAN The Aerospace Scouts Association, in cooperation with the JAL Foundation.
NETHERLANDS The Royal Netherlands Aeronautical Association in cooperation with the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
