22 Squadron wins Education Award - July 2007
On Wednesday 25 July 2007 the Upper Hutt Chamber of Commerce held the inaugural Upper Hutt Business Achievement awards.
There were over 145 nominations for the 10 award categories and the "Black tie" function was attended by over 500 people.
22 Sqn, ATC was one of eight nominees in the category "Best Educational Business". The other nominees included Earthlink, NZ International Campus, Orongomai Marae, Upper Hutt College and St Joseph Ventures.
22 Squadron, Air Training Corps, NZCF won the category. The trophy recognising the award was accepted on behalf of the Sqn by SQNLDR Rob Foley NZCF, where he grateful acknowledged the support his officers and Support Committee have provided to the Sqn and it's Cadets.
